3-6 month clients have access to a library of video resources focused on binge recovery, body image, somatic tools, and gentle nutrition as applicable. You will also receive guided meditations and somatic practices tailored to your needs throughout the program.

WhatsApp Support Between Calls:

In addition to our weekly Zoom sessions, you’ll have weekday access to me on WhatsApp for voice and text messaging. This is here for the in-between moments—the ones that don’t always make it into a scheduled call but still matter. This container is designed to help you feel connected, seen, and heard regularly.

Somatic Integration:

Use of Somatic Experiencing techniques to create a deeper connection that bridges the gap between cognitive and embodied. My training in somatic therapy underpins my approach; sessions are not just about cognition and talking, but also weaving nervous system regulation in the here and now, session by session.
